Chicken Meal - "Meal" is the product you get after rendering meats to remove the water, fat and kills bacterial contaminants, allowing a more pure source of protein. Chicken is a protein source that is the easiest for dogs to digest.

Ground Brown Rice - Carbohydrate, potassium, B vitamins, thiamin, niacin, protein, Calcium, more fiber and nutrients than white rice.

Ground White Rice - Complex carbohydrate, potassium, B vitamins, thiamin, niacin, protein, Calcium, fiber, easier to digest than brown rice, so the 2 are combined.

Chicken Fat For skin and coat condition (preserved with natural mixed Tocopherols and Citric Acid.

Liver - Protein source with added Iron.

Beet pulp - Fiber, for stool stability.

Pearled Barley - Fiber, Lowers Cholesterol, & Intestinal Protection

Zinc Sulfate - Used to supply the supplement zinc.

Iron Carbonate - Aids in transport of oxygen in the blood, makes red blood cells.

Manganous Oxide - Derived from manganese. For healthy cartilage and bone, improved insulin metabolism, helps lipoprotein metabolism and improved reproduciton functions.

Copper Oxide - For insuring against an insufficiency of copper in the diet.

Cobalt Carbonate - Is a major component of the oxygen carrying part of blood cells, helps protect our cells from being damaged by certain chemicals in our bodies, helps your body produce chemicals that regulate blood pressure, pulse, and healing. Without Cobalt, Vitamin B-12 could not exist.

Calcium Iodate - A stable form of iodine in animal feed to correct iodine deficiency and prevent various animal diseases.

Sorbic Acid - Used to inhibit molds, yeasts, and fungi in foods.
